Transformations Leadership Retreat

UPDATE: 7.20.2020 | Due to COVID-19, we are working on plans for a modified retreat in fall 2020. More details to come soon!

The annual fall Transformations Leadership Retreat is a program designed to help sophomores get more involved on campus, connect with other emerging student leaders, and foster development of their talents and skills. This event is hosted by a team of professional staff and upperclass student leaders, featuring workshops and team-building challenges, as well as downtime to relax with peers on the grounds of YMCA Camp Woodstock (in Woodstock, Connecticut). A “Challenge by Choice” philosophy is utilized to encourage development at one’s own pace. Activities are tailored to meet the differing needs and interests of student participants.

**Please note that sophomores participating in the Leadership Fellows Program will be pre-registered for Transformations 2019.

**Please be sure to fill and pass in all waivers prior to retreat.
